Quick answer
Private transfer by road is the default for most visitors (roughly 30–50 minutes depending on traffic). Helicopter is the fastest in good weather. Train is the most reliable in Grand Prix and peak-summer traffic.
By road
A pre-booked chauffeur meets you in arrivals and handles luggage. Journey times vary considerably with traffic; allow extra time on race weekend and in August.
By helicopter
The flight itself is short. Add check-in, transfer to the heliport and onward transport at the Monaco end, and plan for a weather alternative.
By train
Trains run from Nice-Ville to Monaco-Monte-Carlo frequently. You need a transfer from the airport to the station first, but the rail leg is unaffected by road traffic.
