Race weekend
Monaco Grand Prix planning
Independent visitor planning for the most logistically demanding weekend in the principality.
Important
We provide independent visitor planning and may direct customers to authorised ticket or hospitality providers. Ticket availability, contracts and payments are handled by the relevant authorised provider. We do not sell, resell or bundle tickets, and we are not affiliated with any official body.
Where to stay
Staying inside Monaco removes the daily transport problem and costs the most. The realistic alternatives are Beausoleil (walk-in, uphill), Cap-d'Ail and Èze-sur-Mer (short rail hops), and Nice (most availability, longest journey). Each has a different tolerance for late finishes.
Transport during the weekend
Roads close progressively and pedestrian routing changes daily. Rail is generally the most predictable way in and out, with substantial queues after sessions. Helicopter and road transfers are heavily affected on Saturday and Sunday; build in significant contingency for any onward flight.
Access, viewing and hospitality
Grandstand, terrace, apartment-balcony and hospitality options all differ in sightlines, shade, access times and re-entry rules. We explain the trade-offs and point you to authorised providers, who confirm availability and contract with you directly.
