You pay us for research, comparison, digital content and planning. Third-party services are contracted and paid directly with the provider.

Submit a private request with your dates, group size, preferences and approximate budget. There is no charge to enquire, and no obligation.
2. We qualify and quote
We confirm what is realistic, set out the scope of research and issue a fixed planning fee. Work begins only once you accept.
3. We research the options
We compare suitable services from independent providers and approved booking platforms, and note the terms that matter.
4. You receive a private proposal
A clear shortlist with indicative pricing, terms and booking instructions — written so you can act on it immediately.
5. You book with the provider
You contract and pay providers directly, or use an approved tracked booking link where one exists.
6. We stay on hand
We coordinate timings across the itinerary and answer follow-up questions within the agreed scope.
